Know-how : delicatessen In order to perpetuate culinary tradition from our region, all of our cooking staff daily applies themselves to producing the finest possible product. Their goal : to follow as closely as possible the ancestral recipes and return to forgotten flavours.

By maximizing the use of local and authentic raw materials and ingredients, the cooking department is widening the range of products from our company.

In order to provide always more flexibility, Teyssier suggests you several types of formats for its cooked charcuteries : tins (80- 130- 400 gr), jars (170-180-310 gr), or for slicing.
