The french offical Gazette n°147 from June, 27th 2009 published the decree from June 22nd 2009, which confirms the specification of the Protected Geographical indication "Ardeche hams" and "Ardeche dry cured sausages".

The validation of this indication was achived at the European Community level late in 2010 for dry hams.

 

A decreee from the prefect of the French region Rhône-Alpes dated August, 8th 2009, confirms our House's enabling of using the term "Mountain Indication" for the distribution of its goods.
